Responsibilities

• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and closing sales.

• Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.

• Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.

• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education, upselling, and account rounding.

• Assisting clients with policy changes, updating account information, and issuing insurance documentation as required.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License a plus, will assist the right candidate to get licensed.

• Sales and/or Customer Service experience, Insurance experience a plus.

• Strong computer and technical skills.

• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

• A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
